Do you serve areas outside of Dallas-Fort Worth?

While we are based in the DFW metroplex, we love to travel! Contact us with your event details, and we can provide a quote that includes any applicable travel fees.
Do attendees receive their photos immediately?

Yes! That's one of the best parts. Our instant image delivery sharing stations allow attendees to view their photos on their phones, select their favorite, and have it sent to their email within minutes of their session.
Can the photos be branded with our company logo?

Absolutely! We will work with you to create a custom-branded overlay that includes your logo, event name, or any other design elements you'd like. The email that delivers the photos can also be fully branded as well as each persons gallery.
What is included in a standard headshot booth package?

Our standard package includes a professional photographer, a complete studio setup with lighting and a backdrop, a branded photo overlay, an instant sharing station, and digital delivery of high-resolution images to all participants.
How many people can you photograph per hour?

Depending on the level of interaction and coaching, we can typically photograph between 20 and 30 guests per hour. We can add more photographers and stations to accommodate larger events.
What are the space and power requirements for the headshot booth?

Our typical setup requires a 12x12 foot space to accommodate the backdrop, lighting, and photographer. Access to a standard electrical outlet is also needed. We can often adapt to smaller spaces if necessary—just let us know your constraints! We also need Wifi.
A Headshot and Portrait Studio that allows you to share your session fee?

If you have co-workers, Friends, or relatives and want to share our session fee, we allow you to share your session with up to 3 people. Individual images are still available for purchase but this is a great way for realtors, students, or families needing professional headshots to share our session fee. We offer packages for groups of 5 or more. Let me know if your group is 5 or more, and we will put together the most affordable package with our outstanding quality for you.
