Do attendees get their photos immediately?Absolutely! Our instant image delivery stations let attendees view their photos on their phones, select their favorite, and have it emailed within minutes.

Can we brand the photos with our company logo?Yes, we can create a custom-branded overlay with your logo, event name, or other design elements. The email delivering the photos and each person's gallery can also be fully branded.

What is included in a standard headshot booth package?Our standard package includes a professional photographer, a complete studio setup with lighting and a backdrop, a branded photo overlay, an instant sharing station, and digital delivery of high-resolution images to all participants.

How many people can you photograph per hour?Depending on the level of interaction and coaching, we can typically photograph between 20 and 30 guests per hour. We can add more photographers and stations to accommodate larger events.

What are the space and power requirements for the headshot booth?Our typical setup requires a 12x12 foot space to accommodate the backdrop, lighting, and photographer. Access to a standard electrical outlet is also needed. We can often adapt to smaller spaces if necessary—just let us know your constraints! We also need Wifi.

Can I split my session fee with others?Yes, you can split your session fee with up to 3 people, whether they are co-workers, friends, or family. Individual images are still available for purchase. For groups of 5 or more, we offer special packages for the best value and quality.
