Every review is real, and we never cherry-pick. Why are there so many five-star reviews?
Three reasons. Do you ever get critical reviews?
Rarely, and they stay on the public Google profile alongside every five-star review. We do not delete or hide critical feedback. When it happens, we respond directly, address the concern, and offer to make it right. Honest feedback (positive or negative) is how a business with 15+ years of operation maintains its reputation.
How can I leave a review after my session?
Use the form on this page (above), or post directly on our public Google Business Profile. Both routes are appreciated and read personally. Honest reviews are the single best way to help the next prospective client decide if 2mm is right for them — especially the camera-shy ones who are nervous about the experience.
Do you offer any incentive for posting a review?
No. Google’s terms of service prohibit incentivized reviews, and we follow them strictly. The 171+ reviews on our profile are all spontaneous and unincentivized — they exist because the client decided the experience was worth writing about. That is the reputation we want, and the only reputation that actually means anything.
What about reviews on other platforms?
Google is the primary review surface for our business since that is where most DFW prospects search. We also have a profile and reviews at the Better Business Bureau, and Peter is profiled at Headshot Crew. The Fort Worth, HEB, and Northeast Tarrant Chamber memberships also provide independent vetting.
