How long does each employee actually need to take from their workday?

A 5-minute Calendly slot covers the whole interaction: check-in, expression coaching, multiple captured frames, on-screen selection of their favorite, done. Most employees report it taking less time than getting a coffee. No prep work required on their part.

What should employees wear?

Solid colors photograph best — navy, charcoal, deep blue, burgundy, or forest green. We send a one-page prep guide to all employees when you confirm the shoot date so everyone arrives ready. Avoid busy patterns, logo tees, and thin stripes. No major wardrobe changes needed.

What if an employee really hates having their picture taken?

That’s the most common thing we hear — and it’s exactly what the 2MM Method was built for. Camera anxiety is a coaching problem, not a photography problem. In 5 minutes of real-time expression direction, most self-described “bad photo” employees walk away genuinely surprised by what they see on the monitor. We have not yet had a session where someone left without an image they were comfortable using.

What space and setup do you need at our office?

A conference room or open lobby area roughly 10×10 ft, plus one standard 120V power outlet. We bring everything else — strobes, backdrop, monitors, retouching laptop. Setup is 25 minutes, breakdown is 15. We can work around your space constraints — we’ve shot in everything from open offices to converted broom closets.

What about new hires who join after the shoot day?

Two options: (1) Quarterly onboarding visits — we return every 90 days to photograph everyone hired since the last visit, same lighting + backdrop so it matches the master library; (2) New hires book individual sessions at the NRH studio — same lighting + backdrop available there, same look. Most companies use option 1.

Can each employee post the photo to LinkedIn directly?

Yes — that’s the entire point of AI delivery. Each employee receives a private gallery with their selected frame retouched and pre-cropped to LinkedIn spec. They click, save, post.
