Do you take walk-ins?
No — the studio is private and by appointment only so every client gets the full coached experience without rushing or waiting. Even our same-day rush bookings are scheduled. If you want to see the studio in person before booking, call to arrange a quick tour and we’ll set a time.
Are evening and weekend appointments available?
Yes — we book 7 days a week with early, evening, and weekend slots available. The online booking calendar shows real-time availability for individual sessions. For group sessions and events, we work around your team’s schedule.
Can I book a rush / same-day session?
Sometimes — we keep limited rush availability for last-minute LinkedIn refreshes, agency submission deadlines, board portrait emergencies, and similar. Call the studio at (817) 778-0132 and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible. Rush availability is more common than people expect.
Do you bring the studio to my office?
Yes — the Mobile Executive Studio framework brings the full studio to your office anywhere in DFW. Same pro lighting, same multi-backdrop options, same tethered 4K monitor, same on-site retouching laptop. Setup needs about a 12×12 ft space and one power outlet. What information should I include in the form?
For group / event quotes the most useful details are: (1) approximate team size or expected attendee count, (2) tentative date or range, (3) location (your office, a conference venue, or you’d like to use the studio), (4) any brand standards or existing headshot template we need to match. Don’t worry about getting everything perfect — we follow up to clarify. The faster we get rough details, the faster we send back a complete proposal.
Do you work with out-of-state corporate clients?
Yes — nationwide on-site coverage available for conferences, sales kickoffs, multi-city executive sessions, trade show headshot booths, and corporate brand programs.
