What Executive Videography Means Here

Executive videography is planned, coached video featuring you or your leadership team — a direct-to-camera message, an interview-led profile, a short recruiting or company-culture piece. It’s different from Personal Brand Videography, which covers the broader range of founder, speaker and creator content; different from Social Media Video Production, which is a recurring short-form retainer; and different from Corporate Event Photography, which documents a real, live event as it happens. This page is specifically about a scheduled production built around your message, not a live event or an ongoing content calendar.

We don’t position this as investor-relations or disclosure-sensitive production, and we’re not a securities-communications consultancy — if your project involves regulated financial disclosures, legal review, or compliance sign-off, that review stays with your own qualified professionals. What we do is plan, light, record and edit a clear, well-coached video and hand it back to you organized and ready to use.

Executive Video Portfolio — Where We Are Today

Being direct about this: we don’t yet have a dedicated library of finished executive-video examples to show here. Our video work to date has been produced as part of broader branding engagements rather than packaged as standalone case studies, and we’re not going to fill this space with a generic coaching video that has nothing to do with executive video specifically.

What this means for you right now: on a discovery call we can walk through examples of the 2MM Method™ coaching approach and our still-photography executive work, discuss the production equipment and process in detail, and scope a project around your specific deliverable. What we’re building next: a small set of real, permission-cleared executive-video examples from upcoming productions, added here as they’re completed rather than invented in advance.

Who This Is For

This isn’t scoped exclusively for Fortune 500 CEOs — most executive-video clients are individual business owners, practice leaders and mid-market executives who need one clear, well-produced video rather than an ongoing production department.

  • Individual executives and business owners — a website introduction, leadership profile, interview, or customer message
  • Communications and marketing teams — a production partner who can follow an approved message, brand guidelines and a review process
  • Chiefs of staff and executive assistants — clear scheduling, minimal executive downtime, organized deliverables
  • Professional-service leaders — attorneys, physicians, financial professionals, consultants and practice owners who need credible leadership video
  • Leadership teams — coordinated individual introductions, recruiting content, or company-culture video

Types of Executive Video

Each of these is a short, focused piece rather than a full documentary production. Exact scope and length are confirmed in your proposal.

Executive Introduction

A website About-page or LinkedIn introduction — who you are, what you do, delivered directly to camera.

Interview-Led Profile

Off-camera questions edited into a natural-sounding piece — often more comfortable than reading from a script.

Leadership Message

A direct-to-camera update for a team, a launch, or an internal announcement your comms team has already approved.

Recruiting Message

A short piece for a careers page or outreach to a specific candidate. We don’t promise a hiring outcome — just a clear, well-produced message.

Company-Culture Video

Leadership speaking to who you are as a team — for a careers page or internal use.

Customer Announcement

A direct message to clients or customers about a launch or change, once your team has approved the content.

Thought-Leadership Clip

A short LinkedIn-ready clip on a topic in your area of expertise.

Leadership-Team Introduction

Several leaders, each recorded in the same session, edited into one consistent piece.

Photo + Video Hybrid

Video paired with a still-photography session in the same production day. See Branding Packages.

Interview-Led or Scripted

Both approaches work, and which one fits depends on your comfort and the deliverable. Interview-led means we ask questions off-camera and edit your natural answers into the piece — usually the more comfortable option and faster to prepare. Scripted means you deliver approved language, with or without a teleprompter, which produces tighter messaging and a shorter run time. Many projects mix both: a scripted opening and close with an interview-led middle section. We’ll talk through which fits during planning.

The 2MM Method™ On Camera

The 2MM Method™ is real-time coaching on posture, eye line, facial expression, pacing and comfort in front of the lens — the same coaching philosophy we use in photography sessions, applied to video. On shoot day that means multiple takes, natural pauses, and direction that helps you sound conversational rather than stiff, whether you’re reading a script or answering questions. It’s coaching on delivery, not scriptwriting, media training, or crisis communications — if your project needs a speech coach or a crisis-communications advisor, that’s a separate, specialized service we’d point you toward.

Video placeholder: a general “coached headshot beats a selfie” video previously appeared on this page. It’s been removed from the main path since it’s about photography, not executive video — a short behind-the-scenes clip of actual video coaching is planned for a future session.

Pre-Production

  1. Discovery and Scope — your objective, audience and deliverable.
  2. Message Planning — interview outline or script, refined for how it sounds on camera.
  3. Location and Visual Planning — studio, office, or another DFW location.
  4. Wardrobe and Brand Review — what to wear, any brand colors or guidelines to follow.

Script accuracy, legal review, and any regulatory or brand sign-off stay with you and your own team before shoot day — we’re not positioned to review scripts for legal or securities compliance, and we won’t accept that responsibility. If your comms or legal team wants to review language first, plan that step into your own timeline before we record.

Production Day

We set up lighting and audio, walk through the plan, and record with the 2MM Method™ coaching throughout — multiple takes are normal, and we’ll pause to check delivery rather than rushing to a single pass. Production time is scoped to your deliverable during planning rather than fixed to one standard block, since a short introduction video and a multi-leader session need different amounts of time. We’ll confirm the schedule with you before the day so you know exactly how much time to set aside.

Editing and Deliverables

After the shoot, footage is edited, color-corrected and delivered as a finished video sized for how you’ll use it — website, LinkedIn, internal distribution, or a mix. Exact deliverable count, aspect ratios, caption requirements, revision rounds, and whether raw footage is included are scoped in your proposal rather than fixed here, since they depend on what you need. Final publishing, distribution, and any music licensing beyond what’s included in your agreement stay your responsibility.

Pairing Video With Executive Photography

Many clients pair a video session with a still-photography session in the same production day — the portrait library and the video are captured together, which tends to be more efficient than scheduling two separate visits. See Executive Branding Photography for the still-photography side, Executive Headshots if you only need a single portrait, and Branding Packages for the combined-day structure.

Scheduling Around a Busy Calendar

We know executive time is the scarcest input in a project like this. We’ll work with you or your assistant to confirm a specific time window in advance, arrive set up and ready so recording starts on time, and plan the session so you know what to expect before you arrive. If several people need to be recorded, we’ll sequence the day so no one is waiting around longer than necessary.

Confidentiality

We can sign an NDA before a project that involves sensitive or unannounced information, and we can deliver files to a specific named recipient rather than a public link when that’s requested. What we don’t do is position ourselves as specialists in disclosure-committee coordination, securities-related timing, or regulated investor communications — if your project touches any of that, your own legal and compliance team should lead that review; we handle the production and defer to them on anything regulatory.

What Clients Say

Testimonial placeholder — a real, verified quote from an executive-video client will be added here. No production outcomes, business results, or client names are implied until a genuine, permission-cleared quote is available.

Pricing and Scope

Executive video is custom-quoted rather than published as a flat rate, because scope varies with recording duration, number of deliverables, video length, number of executives, number of locations, camera and audio complexity, script support, whether a teleprompter is needed, B-roll, editing depth, motion graphics, captions, music, aspect-ratio variations, revision rounds, travel, and whether photography is paired in. Tell us your objective and constraints and we’ll send a written proposal that lays out exactly what’s included. See Branding Packages for the general engagement structures we quote from.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of executive video should I create?

Depends on your objective — a website introduction, an interview-led profile, a leadership message, or a recruiting piece all solve different problems. We’ll help you land on the right one during planning.

Can you help organize the message, or do I need a finished script?

Either works. We can refine a script for pacing and camera delivery, or run the session interview-led with prepared questions instead of a script. Legal or regulatory review of the content itself stays with your own team.

Is a teleprompter available?

Ask us during planning to confirm current equipment for your specific session — we’ll let you know what’s available for your production.

How much of my time does this actually take?

It depends on the deliverable — a single short introduction takes less time than a multi-leader session with several pieces. We’ll confirm an exact time window with you before the day.

Can several videos be recorded in one session?

Often, yes — multiple short pieces can be recorded in one production day if scoped in advance. We’ll confirm exactly what’s realistic for your timeline during planning.

Can multiple leaders participate?

Yes — a leadership-team introduction with several people recorded in the same session is a common request.

Can photography and video be captured together?

Yes, and it’s efficient to do so. See Executive Branding Photography and Branding Packages for the combined structure.

Do you provide lighting and audio?

Yes — professional lighting and audio are part of every video production.

Do you film at offices?

Yes — our NRH studio, your office or boardroom, or another DFW location with permission. We don’t assume access to a specific building without it being arranged first.

Are captions included?

Confirm this in your proposal — caption requirements vary by deliverable and platform, so we scope them to your specific project rather than including a fixed default here.

Is raw footage available?

Ask during planning — availability and any additional cost are confirmed in your proposal.

How is confidential footage protected?

We can sign an NDA and deliver to a single named recipient rather than a public link when requested. This is a production-level confidentiality practice, not legal or compliance advice.

What affects pricing?

Recording duration, deliverable count, video length, number of participants, script vs. interview-led format, editing depth, and whether photography is paired in. Request a quote and we’ll send a proposal that itemizes it.

How far in advance should we schedule?

Earlier is better, especially for multi-leader sessions or projects paired with photography. Let us know your target date and any hard deadline when you request a quote.
