Is Executive Presence a single shoot or a contract?

Engagement, not contract. Foundation phase (discovery + hero portrait + branding library + library activation) is scoped + invoiced as a single project — typically 4-6 weeks end-to-end. Phase 4 ongoing cadence is structured as a quarterly + annual retainer that you can adjust or pause as your needs change. Most clients run the engagement 24-36 months.

What’s the typical engagement investment?

Custom-quoted by executive scope (single named executive vs C-suite + board), production complexity (multi-location, on-site vs studio, NDA + vendor requirements), and whether executive video is paired with the photo library. Request a quote with the executive count, intended uses, and timing — we send a complete written proposal within one business day. Standard sub-six-figure for individual executives; multi-day full C-suite + board engagements scope to fit the program.

Do you work with our publicist / IR firm / external comms agency?

Routinely — and it usually speeds production. The agency tells us exact deliverable spec (proxy crop, IR-deck format, bureau profile dimensions, podcast thumbnail spec). We produce to spec on day one. Files come back named + sized for direct drop-in. Standard for represented executives, IPO-track companies, and Fortune 500 IR programs.

Do you sign NDAs and handle pre-announcement work?

Yes — routine. NDA signed before kickoff. We work to your security access protocols (badge in / escort if required), coordinate with your disclosure committee on script timing for video, deliver to a single named recipient with no public-link distribution, and hold pre-announcement materials in confidence until the news is public. Common for IPO prep, M&A close, succession reveals, surprise senior hires, and pre-press leadership transitions.

Can you photograph our entire C-suite + board in one engagement?

Yes — and this is one of the most common engagement shapes. Each executive gets an individual 60-90 min session for their hero portrait + brand library frames, plus a composed C-suite + board lineup + the formal named-executive-officer portraits. Where do Executive Presence sessions happen?

A typical full-day combines studio portrait work (at our NRH elite studio or on-site if you have suitable space) with on-location at your office — boardroom, exec floor, walking-the-halls, at-desk, leadership-conversation frames. We cover every major DFW corporate corridor: Downtown Dallas towers, Uptown, Fort Worth’s downtown legal + energy corridor, Las Colinas Fortune 500 belt, Frisco / Plano / Westlake / Southlake. Nationwide travel available for represented senior-executive clients.

How is this different from booking just an executive headshot?

An Executive Headshots session produces the hero portrait — the LinkedIn + bio + proxy filing single image. Executive Presence is the engineered multi-year program that surrounds that portrait — branding library + press kit + speaker kit + podcast kit + board portraits + ongoing refresh + executive video. Most executives start with the headshot, then upgrade to Executive Presence when they realize how often they need different versions of their image for different contexts.

Will the engagement honor our brand book + visual standards?

Yes — calibrated in discovery. Your brand book (color palette, crop spec, retouching philosophy, backdrop guidance, photo treatment standards) drives the production direction. For executives at public companies, we calibrate to your investor relations + corporate communications spec. For boutique firms + concierge providers we develop the visual standard with the executive + chief of staff during pre-production. The deliverable matches your firm’s standards from the first frame.
