How do I know which tier to start at?

Rule of thumb by team size: Bronze for 50-200 employees wanting reliable headshot + new-hire cadence. Silver for 200-1,000 employees with active marketing, recruiting, and comms shipping content monthly. Gold for 1,000-5,000 employees needing enterprise visual partner with multi-discipline + multi-location coverage. The discovery call sharpens this — most companies start one tier below where they think they need to be, and tier up at the 6-month review when actual demand exceeds initial scope.

Can we upgrade or downgrade tiers mid-engagement?

Yes — quarterly tier-change windows. Upgrade is most common: companies start Bronze, realize they need video + lifestyle, and move to Silver at the 6-month mark. Downgrades possible too if marketing leadership changes or content cadence slows. 30-day notice for any tier change.

What if we have more than one location?

Multi-location is standard at the Silver + Gold tiers. Silver includes up to 2 DFW locations; Gold includes up to 3. Additional locations + nationwide travel are scoped on top. How does this differ from booking project-by-project?

Project-by-project still makes sense for one-off needs: event headshot booth, single large-company headshot day, one-time conference coverage. The retainer model wins when (1) you have 50+ employees with active turnover, (2) marketing + comms + recruiting + HR all consume visual assets, (3) you operate from multiple locations, or (4) you’ve spent more on photography this year than a Silver tier would have cost. Most enterprise clients realize point 4 about 8 months into a year of project-by-project booking.

Does Corporate Image Management include executive headshot + video work?

Yes at the Gold tier — CEO + C-suite imagery and executive video are baked in. At the Silver tier, executive coverage is partial (annual leadership refresh, occasional executive video). At Bronze, executive work is scoped as add-on or referred to Executive Presence™ as a parallel engagement. Many Gold-tier clients also run an Executive Presence engagement for the CEO + key board members alongside the company-wide Corporate Image Management retainer.

Do you sign vendor agreements + provide insurance documentation?

Yes — full procurement-ready vendor packet within 24 hours of contract execution. Standard COI naming your company as additional insured (limits + language tuned to Fortune 500 vendor requirements), W-9, MSA, NDA, security access forms. We’ve onboarded as approved vendor across multiple DFW Fortune 500 companies + their subsidiaries.

What if we have ad-hoc shoots between scheduled retainer days?

Standard at Gold (on-call coverage included for press, launches, leadership transitions, board emergencies). At Silver, ad-hoc requests bill at a 20% retainer-client discount off our standard rate. At Bronze, ad-hoc work is scoped as project add-on. The retainer relationship saves admin overhead too — no fresh COI, no fresh NDA, no fresh brand brief.
