How We Run a Group Headshot Day
Logistics are what make a group headshot day succeed or fall apart. After booking, we send your team coordinator a prep guide that goes out to every participant — what to wear, how to prep, and what to expect.
Time slots are pre-assigned so your team doesn’t queue in a hallway — each person arrives, gets coached and photographed in 8–12 minutes, and returns to their desk. For most teams, the whole day is done without disrupting a single meeting.

What’s the minimum group size?
We photograph teams of all sizes, starting from 2 people. For groups of 5 or more, on-site sessions at your location typically make more logistical sense. For 1–4 people, our studio in North Richland Hills is the most efficient option.
Do you come to our office, or do we come to your studio?
For most group sessions, we come to you. We bring a complete mobile studio — lighting, backdrop, and all equipment — and set up at your DFW office.
How long does it take to photograph a full team?
Most participants take 8–12 minutes each. A team of 20 can typically be photographed in 3–4 hours with pre-scheduled slots.
When do we receive the final images?
Same-day delivery in most cases. Images go through retouching after the session and are delivered via an organized digital gallery — each person’s images clearly labeled and ready to distribute.
Can you handle multi-location or nationwide team headshot days?

Can we add future hires later?
