Corporate Headshot FAQs
How much does a corporate headshot project cost?
Corporate projects are custom proposals, because the cost depends on the number of people, locations, photography time and deliverables. Request a quote and the proposal will show each. Individual session pricing is shown in the scheduler.
Can you come to our office, or should we use the studio?
Both are options. An office session is planned around your space and schedule. Our North Richland Hills studio is available by appointment. We help you choose based on your group size and workplace.
Can you match our existing employee photographs?
Often, to a close degree. Send examples of your current portraits and we will confirm how closely the look can be matched before anything is scheduled.
How should employees prepare?
We provide wardrobe guidance, and employees are coached during the session. Our Professional Wardrobe Blueprint is a helpful starting point.
How is the schedule set, and how many people can be photographed in a day?
Employees are scheduled in individual time slots around the workday. Photography hours, staffing and how many people fit in a day are confirmed in your proposal, based on your group.
How are images viewed and selected?
Employees see their images in real time during the session. The selection process, whether each person chooses or a coordinator does, is agreed in your proposal.
When are retouched images delivered?
Delivery follows the editing schedule in your proposal. Access to proofs and completed professional retouching are separate steps.
How do we add new hires later?
We review your existing photographs with you and confirm how closely a new hire’s portrait can match the current look. New-hire sessions can be planned individually or in groups.
Can you photograph multiple offices?
Yes, multiple locations can be planned together. The proposal covers each location and how consistency is maintained.
Does sending an inquiry reserve a date?
No. An inquiry starts the planning conversation. Dates are confirmed once the proposal is agreed.
I only need a headshot for myself. Where do I book?
You can see pricing and available times in the scheduler.
Are AI-generated headshots appropriate for a company leadership page?
That is your company’s decision. We photograph real people, with expression coaching and real-time image review, so the portrait reflects the person.
