Board photography is a coordinated session producing composite portraits, IR-deck inclusion, proxy statement imagery, and annual report covers — all to the SEC and investor-presentation specifications corporate communications and IR teams need. The 2mm Method™ delivers both with the same coaching standard, but board sessions are scoped specifically to governance deliverables.
Can you handle a dispersed board where directors are in different cities?
Yes. We work two ways: (1) coordinate a single travel day where directors come to the company’s HQ or a central location, or (2) photograph individual directors at their offices on a rolling schedule. Either way, we maintain consistent lighting, crop, and color across every director so the composite reads as a single coordinated portrait. Are you NDA-friendly for IPO-track or M&A-active boards?
Yes. NDAs are signed before any pre-public engagement. We’ve worked under hold-and-release protocols for succession announcements, IPO-track filings, and M&A close events. How fast can you turn around a board portrait engagement?
Standard delivery is 7 days for individual director portraits and 10 days for the composite + group photo at the board table. Rush turnarounds (3-5 days) are available for succession announcements and embargoed press kits. Same-day rush available for breaking news / market-moving announcements (additional fee).
Do you photograph at our company headquarters or at your studio?
Both. Most boards prefer on-site at headquarters — we bring the mobile elite studio, set up in a conference room or board room, and photograph each director in 5-7 minutes between agenda items or during a meeting break. Boards that prefer a neutral location can come to our 2mm Headshots studio in North Richland Hills.
What if a new director joins the board mid-cycle?
We photograph new directors in matching lighting + crop so they integrate seamlessly into the composite. Per-director sessions are typically 30 minutes including coaching at the tethered monitor. Final files match the existing board composite within 7 days.
